Chief executive of young people’s charity Catch22, joins the Trust

Joyce Moseley, chief executive of young people’s charity Catch22, has joined the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust as a non-executive director. Joyce will sit on the Board of Directors and will play a vital role in the future of the Trust, contributing to its strategic direction and performance.
Joyce was Chief Executive of youth charity Rainer from 1999 and went on to lead the new charity formed from the merger of Rainer and crime prevention charity Crime Concern. The merged charity re-launched as Catch22 last year. Starting her career as a social worker and community worker, Joyce became Director of Social Services for the London Borough of Hackney. As a member of the Youth Justice Board from its inception, she led on workforce strategies and promoted the need for prevention. She is a trustee of "The Who Cares? Trust" which promotes the needs of children in public care. In 2006 Joyce was awarded an OBE for services to youth justice.
