Guardian Unlimited: transgender teens
1 July ,2010Guardian journalist Viv Groskop wrote an article on the upcoming teenage gender identity story on Hollyoaks - the first show to address the issue of gender identity for this age group. Groskop explains that our Gender Identity Development Service sees up to 100 children a year, and that the likelihood of the patient electing for surgery varied dramatically according to what age they were referred.
