Who is this service for?

This service is for adult patients. We see patients who suffer from a range of problems, including:

  • depression
  • difficulties in maintaining relationships
  • stress and anxiety
  • problems relating to divorce or bereavement
  • work stress or unemployment
  • traumatic events
  • difficulties relating to disabilities.

Kinds of treatment offered

The department offers treatment for patients within individual or group settings: the duration and frequency of appointments varies according to the patients' needs.

Each contact starts with a consultation, which aims to establish a mutual understanding of the patients' difficulties, and to formulate an appropriate treatment plan.

How to access these services

You can call our team to discuss a possible referral on 020 8938 2209. Referrals should be made by your GP or other mental health professional, but our team will be happy to discuss a possible referral with you.
