Specialist Services: For the Portman Clinic:

 

Indicator 1 – Demonstrating improvement in outcomes for over 18s (SWAP)

Indicator 2 – Demonstrating improvement in outcomes for under 18s (CGAS)

Indicator 3 – Demonstrating improvement in outcomes for patients in the mentalization-based treatment (MBT) programme for antisocial personality disorder (ASPD)

Indicator 4 – Demonstrating improvement in outcomes by measuring reductions in frequency of presenting problem behaviours.

Generic Services:

 

Indicator 1 – CAMHS outcome monitoring and dataset:

a)   Data obtained by end of assessment

b)   Data reported at case closure

c)   Outcome monitoring data gathered taken at start of treatment and at 6 months or case closure for those patients who have attended at least 4 treatment appointments

d)   Patient satisfaction at 6 months or case closure

Indicator 2 – CAMHS service remodeling  
To assess the number of appointments in North Camden Community CAMHS in order to improve access to CAMHS services

Indicator 3 –Waiting times for treatment in the Adult Department

Indicator 4 – Adult experience of service questionnaires
To be completed by at least 70% of patients
